Lots of events!
For one, Frequency will be having coffee with writer Mary Cappello on Sunday, December 9th from 5-6pm at 186 Carpenter Street. Mary will give a brief reading from her work, and the rest of the hour will be open for discussion of Mary’s work (along with coffee and snacks).
After coffee with Mary, head over to the Buonaccorsi + Agniel Gallery (1 Sims Ave #102) at 7pm for a reading by much loved writers Mathias Svalina, Danielle Vogel, Eric Paul, and a slideshow and sound performance by Planchette. Free! 7-9pm.
On Tuesday, December 11, writers in the fall Hybrid Writing course will read from their work. The reading will begin at 7pm at Ada Books. Refreshments will be there; all are invited.
Finally, amid all the bustle, you have a chance to spend a day writing haiku! The Haiku Intensive taught by Janaka Stucky will happen on Saturday, December 15 from 11am-5pm at 186 Carpenter Street. Here is more information and a link to registration.
Hope to see you soon!
