TELL US YOUR STORY: What does it feel like to couch-surf, be homeless? How do you combat the feelings of hopelessness and invisibility?

Glass House Shelter Project and DRUNKEN BOAT invite  you to submit your art for consideration for a special upcoming folio on homelessness!

Drunken Boat [http:///www.drunkenboat.com] one of the world’s oldest electronic journals of the arts is soliciting creative work from anyone who has been homeless at any point over the last 5 years. Are you a college student, LGBTQ, a veteran, been incarcerated, lost your job and found yourself living in a shelter, couch-surfing or living out of your car or otherwise not had your own roof over your head for any reason? We want to hear your stories and see your artwork for possible inclusion in Drunken Boat#23. All work will be carefully considered for publication. Please include your name and a short bio that addresses the circumstances of your homelessness.
