Come to the Providence Athenaeum THIS Sunday November 23rd, 11am-12pm for a writing workshop! We will talk craft, look at the ways water and writing intersect, respond to a few prompts, and then share the products. This event is casual with cookies. This event is FREE to all!
There are six reasons why you should come to Ada Books at 6pm on Saturday, December 6: Mark Baumer, John Cayley, Evelyn Hampton, Joanna Howard, Amy Pickworth, and Sarah Tourjee will each be reading from their writing to celebrate the release of books by two Providence-related writers, Amy Pickworth (Bigfoot for Women) and Evelyn Hampton (Discomfort).
That’s 6 readers on December 6 at 6pm! Plus Bigfoot for Women and Discomfort! Go beasts!
Ada Books is located at 717 Westminster St., Providence.
We hope you can join us! (Snacks yes!)
